Creative Solutions with Flex Event Space during the pandemic and no more butts in our store window 😂
People are always asking us what we are doing during the pandemic with our old building here in Guthrie, OK! We have 10,000 square feet and it has been challenging to say the least. We are always brainstorming for solutions. Sometimes they can take a funny turn. On a practical note, we live and work here upstairs to maximize our use of the space and then we are turning more toward leasing out the space on a regular basis. Some of the leases are long term residential and some are flexible shared lease agreements. Churches make for great candidates for this type of lease with use only during Sunday mornings. Airbnb fills in the gap with our lofts when they are not permanently leased. We also stay open to a variety of special events for any occasion. And of course, the Tipsy Artist paint private parties are still continuing on a regular basis even though they are much smaller than before.
